Before starting, carefully check all parts of the mechanical system and confirm that it is good before starting.

After starting, the stirring lever should be placed in the “unloading” position, and the water in the cylinder should be drained.

Before transport, the discharge chute must be fixed in the “driving” position to prevent swinging.
When operating the joystick, you should move to the next position after a slight pause in the “Neutral” position.
Do a good job in civilized construction, and the excess materials in the barrel are not allowed to collapse. After the unloading, the mixing drum, the chute, the idler and the like must be cleaned.
When a person enters the cylinder to clear the lumps, the vehicle should be turned off, the electric door key should be unplugged, and the outside of the cylinder should be monitored.
A mixer truck is a special type of vehicle. Not all drivers who drive will drive a mixer. If improperly operated, it will cause overturning, hydraulic pumps, motors, reducers, and even serious consequences.
1. Place the mixer handle in the "Stop" position before starting the mixer.
2. After the mixer starts the engine, the mixer drum should be rotated at low speed for about 10 minutes to allow the hydraulic oil temperature to rise above 20 °C to work.
3. When the mixer truck is parked in the open air, the mixer drum should be reversed before charging to drain the water and debris to ensure the quality of the concrete.
4. When transporting concrete, the mixer should ensure that the bucket is placed firmly to prevent swinging due to looseness, injuring pedestrians during travel or affecting the normal operation of other vehicles.
5. When the mixer truck transports the mixed concrete, the speed of the mixing drum is 2-10 rpm. During the transportation process, the speed of the mixing drum on the flat road surface is guaranteed to be 2-3 rpm, and the driving slope is greater than 50. When the road surface or the large road surface is shaken left and right, stop the stirring and rotate, and then resume the stirring rotation after the road condition is improved.
6. The concrete mixer truck shall not transport concrete for more than the time specified by the mixing station. On the way to transport concrete, the mixing drum should not stop for a long time to prevent segregation of concrete. The driver should always observe the concrete situation, and notify the dispatching room in time for the abnormality, and apply for processing.
7. When concrete is installed in the mixer truck, the stagnation time at the site shall not exceed 1 hour. If the timeout is exceeded, the person in charge at the site shall be required to promptly handle it.
8. The concrete slump of the mixer truck shall not be less than 8cm. From concrete to tank to discharge, when the temperature is high, it must not be discharged for more than 2 hours. When the temperature is low, it should not exceed 2.5 hours.
9. Before the concrete truck discharges, the mixer drum should be rotated at 10-12 rpm for 1 minute, and then discharged.
10. When the concrete mixer truck is finished discharging, immediately flush the feeding port, the discharge hopper and the discharge chute with the hose of the vehicle, and discharge the dirt and residual concrete that is adhered to the body. Fill the mixing drum with 150-200L of water, and let the mixing drum rotate slowly during the returning process to clean the inner wall, avoid the residual residue from attaching to the wall and the stirring blade, and put the water before loading again. Drop it.
